3e Team
Much like IBM or Apple, we are organized around an idea, rather than a specific product or technology. We believe that The 3E Revolution represents a lifestyle – a choice to pursue excellence, independence, and sustainability. We choose to embrace change every day, and we hold each other accountable for achieving our dreams.
When faced with a tough challenge, we choose to find a way to make it happen. There’s always an answer or another way to approach the problem. We’re focused on finding it.
Once we’ve done our research, we believe in making big commitments and keeping them. We’re committed to continuous learning and development, always striving to perform at our peak.
By allowing each of us to focus on our strengths, the diversity in our team makes us a better company. While our values are the same, our varied perspectives and experiences provide us with valuable options in any situation. Our rigorous internal debates ensure our proposed solutions are well considered from a number of angles.

Rex Kinnison, CPA, Chief Executive Officer
After a stint in the late eighties with the Everest Companies where he evaluated all aspects of the operations, Rex became very interested in natural resources. And through a diverse public accounting career, Rex worked with clients in nearly every business industry.
Combining those with recent advancements in technology, Rex leads 3eWerks in helping companies create energy solutions. |

Kendra Kinnison, MBA, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
When Kendra first read the business plan for 3eWerks, she saw the company it could become, not the one that was described on the paper. By adding her financial and executive background to the roadmap, the team had a balanced foundation.
More than anything, she’s “excited to build a company that completely aligns with my core values.” |

Amanda Ashley, Project Manager
Joining the team in the summer of 2010, Amanda quickly became the internal backbone of the company. Coordinating vendors, permits, and everything in between, there’s rarely a project she’s not involved with.
Her gifts of organization and coordination are particularly valuable to a team that thrives on controlled chaos. |
